Below is the tentative itinerary for Bordie Blast 2025 – Bordie at Sea.
We’re keeping things tight to maximize match time, but we’ve built in plenty of harbor breaks and room for fun along the way.

⛴️ Friday – October 10 

3:30 PM (15:30) Event Set-up Begins 

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (18:00-20:00) Team Load-In
Pit setup only — no robot work permitted. Please be packed up by 8 PM. 

🚢 Saturday – October 11 

7:30 AM (07:30) Doors open for Volunteers - Arrive early to park!

7:30 AM (07:30) Load in begins for small pit crews (~5 people/team)

8:00 AM (08:00) Doors open to Teams

8:20 AM - 10:00 AM (08:20-9:50) Field Calibrations (as FTA is ready)

9:30 AM (09:30) Driver's Meeting

10:00 AM (10:00) Opening Ceremony

10:10 AM (10:10) Qualification Matches Begin 

12:00 PM (12:00) Lunch

1:00 PM (13:00) Qualification matches begin

6:30 PM (18:30) Final Match of the Day 

7:00 PM (19:00) Pits close (or 30 min after final match)

7:30 AM (07:30) Doors open for Volunteers

8:00 AM (08:00) Doors open for teams

9:00 AM (09:00) Opening Ceremony & Mascot Parade 

9:20 AM (09:20) Qualifications matches begin

11:30 AM (11:30) Alliance selection

12:00 PM (12:00) Lunch

1:00 PM (13:00) Playoffs Begin + Awards 

5:00 PM (17:00) Teardown

6:00 PM (18:00) Pits Close (or 30 min after final match)
