Below is the planned itinerary for Bordie Blast 2025 – Bordie at Sea.  To make room for all teams wanting to play we are scheduling 11 matches per team. 
We’re keeping things tight to maximize match time, but we’ve built in plenty of harbor breaks and room for fun along the way.

⛴️ Friday – October 10 

10:00 am Event AV Set-up Begins

1-2:00 PM  Field build begins

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (18:00-20:00) Team Load-In
Pit setup only — no robot work permitted. Please be packed up by 8 PM. 

🚢 Saturday – October 11 

7:15 AM Doors open for Volunteers - Arrive early to park!

7:40 AM Load in begins for small pit crews (~5 people/team)

8:00 AM Doors open to Teams

8:20 AM - 10:00 AM Field Calibrations (as FTA is ready)

9:15 AM Driver's Meeting

9:50 AM Opening Ceremony

10:00 AM Qualification Matches Begin 

12:30 PM Lunch

1:30 PM Qualification matches begin

7:00 PM  Final Match of the Day 

7:30 PM Pits close

7:15 AM Doors open for Volunteers

8:00 AM Doors open for teams

9:00 AM Opening Ceremony & Mascot Parade 

9:20 AM Qualifications matches begin
